This Subscription & Refund Policy applies to business customers (“Clinics”) who purchase subscriptions to the GleamConnect platform. It does not govern refunds for treatments or services provided by Clinics to their patients/clients.

1. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription plan details (features, usage limits, billing cycle, and price) are presented at checkout and/or within the Clinic account. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Taxes

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Clinics are responsible for applicable taxes and for providing accurate billing information.

3. Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Trial terms will be shown at signup. Unless stated otherwise, trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period. Clinics may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

4. Upgrades, Downgrades and Changes

Plan upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated where applicable. Downgrades typically apply from the next billing cycle. Feature access is based on the active plan.

5. Cancellation

Clinics may cancel at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid period unless access is suspended for breach or non-payment.

6. Refunds

As a B2B SaaS service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, downgrades, or early termination except where required by applicable law.

We may issue refunds at our discretion in limited cases such as duplicate charges or billing errors.

7. Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry payment and may restrict or suspend access until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in termination.

8. Suspension or Termination by Provider

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, non-payment, or where required for security/legal reasons. Suspension/termination does not entitle the Clinic to a refund except where required by law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and may apply from the next renewal date where relevant.

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by Irish law.
