1. Software-Only Platform
GleamConnect is a software platform that provides administrative and operational tools for Clinics. GleamConnect is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. GleamConnect does not supervise or employ Clinic staff and does not control clinical decision-making.
2. Clinic Responsibility
Clinics remain solely responsible for:
• patient assessment, suitability, contraindications and informed consent;
• treatment decisions and clinical judgement;
• supervision, training, and credentialing of Staff;
• outcomes, aftercare, and patient safety; and
• compliance with applicable laws, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. AI Features Are Assistive Only
AI-powered features may provide suggestions (for example, proposed appointment times or summaries). AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable. AI outputs are not authoritative and must be reviewed by qualified humans.
4. No Medical Advice; No Reliance
AI outputs do not constitute medical advice and must not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment planning, patient suitability decisions, or clinical care. Clinics must independently verify any information before acting.
5. No Automated Decisions With Legal or Similar Effects
GleamConnect does not provide fully automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Meaningful decisions must involve human oversight.
6. Data and Privacy
Where AI features process personal or health data, such processing occurs under the Clinic’s instructions and subject to the DPA. GleamConnect does not use identifiable patient data to train general AI models for unrelated purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GleamConnect disclaims liability for outcomes arising from reliance on AI outputs or from clinical decisions. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
8. Governing Law
This Disclaimer is governed by Irish law.
