1. Software role only
GleamConnect is a software provider. GleamConnect does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional clinical judgement.
2. Clinics remain fully responsible
Clinics remain solely responsible for:
- patient assessment and suitability;
- patch testing, contraindication checks, allergies, and informed consent;
- treatment planning and clinical judgement;
- aftercare and follow-up;
- staff supervision and credentialing;
- all treatment outcomes and patient-facing complaints.
3. AI and automation are assistive only
Any AI-assisted or automated feature in the services is intended to support administration, routing, summarisation, drafting, or workflow support. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, stale, or unsuitable for a given context.
AI or automation outputs must always be reviewed by an appropriately qualified human before any meaningful action is taken.
4. No automated medical decision-making
GleamConnect is not intended to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals in relation to treatment or healthcare without meaningful human review.
5. No reliance for clinical care
The services must not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment choice, patient suitability decisions, emergency instructions, or professional judgement.
6. Data and AI boundaries
Where AI-assisted features interact with clinic data:
- use remains subject to the clinic’s lawful instructions and the DPA;
- identifiable patient data is not used to train unrelated public general-purpose models;
- access is limited to what is necessary for the relevant feature.
7. Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GleamConnect disclaims responsibility for outcomes arising from clinical reliance on automation, AI-assisted summaries, scheduling suggestions, or other assistive outputs.
8. Future regulated features
If GleamConnect introduces additional healthcare-adjacent or payment-adjacent automation, further feature-specific disclosures and terms may apply.
