This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of GleamConnect services, including by clinics, staff users, end users, API consumers, and support users.

1. Lawful use only

You may use the services only for lawful, authorised, and legitimate purposes connected with permitted use of the platform.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
  • upload malware, credential harvesting tools, ransomware, spyware, or harmful code;
  • probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorisation;
  • scrape or exfiltrate data in an unauthorised manner;
  • use the services to infringe intellectual property rights or confidentiality rights;
  • impersonate another person or clinic;
  • use the services to market, facilitate, or conceal illegal treatments, counterfeit products, unsafe products, or unlicensed activity;
  • process personal data without a lawful basis;
  • submit content that is defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise unlawful;
  • bypass any account limitation, environment boundary, archive restriction, or security control.

3. API and automation limits

You must not:

  • overload or disrupt the APIs;
  • use automation to harvest data from other accounts or tenants;
  • create uncontrolled background traffic, denial-of-service behaviour, or retry storms;
  • attempt to disable logging, monitoring, or queue safety controls.

4. AI misuse

You must not use AI-assisted features to:

  • create deceptive medical claims;
  • fabricate patient records;
  • mislead patients about provider qualifications or treatment risks;
  • generate unlawful content or discriminatory outcomes.

5. Enforcement

GleamConnect may investigate suspected breaches and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct, or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

Suspected misuse may be reported to legal@gleamconnect.com or support@gleamconnect.com.
