This schedule lists categories of third-party providers that may process personal data on GleamConnect’s behalf in connection with the services. The exact providers and regions may change over time.

1. Current/expected provider categories

1.1 Hosting and infrastructure

  • Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, networking, backups, monitoring)
  • content delivery or edge protection providers if implemented

1.2 Database and application persistence

  • MongoDB Atlas or equivalent managed database provider
  • cache / queue infrastructure providers where applicable

1.3 Billing and payment support

  • Stripe for GleamConnect subscription billing and related payment metadata

1.4 Email, messaging, and notifications

  • Resend or equivalent email delivery provider
  • Firebase or equivalent mobile push notification provider
  • SMS provider if implemented

1.5 Support, logging, and product operations

  • error monitoring, log processing, analytics, ticketing, or observability tools where deployed
  • document rendering or export tools where required

2. International transfers

Some providers may process or support data from outside the EEA/UK. Where that occurs, GleamConnect will use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as:

  • adequacy regulations;
  • standard contractual clauses;
  • supplementary technical or organisational safeguards;
  • another transfer mechanism permitted by applicable law.

3. Updates

GleamConnect may update this schedule as providers are added, removed, or replaced. Material updates may be communicated through the clinic portal, legal pages, or contract notices where appropriate.

4. Security and minimisation

GleamConnect aims to limit the data shared with each provider to what is reasonably necessary for that provider’s function.
