Request account or data deletion
Submit a deletion request for a GleamConnect staff or clinic account. Requests are reviewed by GleamConnect and processed in line with legal, security, contractual, and record-retention obligations.

How this works
The tablet app is login-only for staff specialists. Accounts are provisioned and managed by clinic owners or admins. This page collects formal deletion requests for review; it does not trigger immediate self-service deletion.
Admin-managed access
Clinic owners and admins can already disable specialist access through the clinic system. This request flow is for account or data deletion review, not routine access changes.
Reviewed, not instant
We assess each request before actioning it. Processing may depend on identity checks, clinic-controller instructions, fraud prevention, open billing obligations, and statutory retention duties.
Clinic data requests
If your request concerns patient or client records held by a clinic, contact that clinic first. In those cases the clinic is usually the controller and GleamConnect acts as processor.

Common questions
The deletion workflow is designed for formal review, not immediate destructive action from inside the app.
Will my account be deleted immediately?
No. Requests are reviewed before any action is taken. We may need to confirm your identity, coordinate with the clinic that manages your access, or retain some records where required.
What if I only need access removed?
For routine staff offboarding or access removal, contact your clinic owner or admin first. They can usually deactivate access without waiting for a formal deletion review.
